AT&T Fiber Project

Tomorrow, August 27, 2025, you will receive a door hanger from AT&T regarding the upcoming fiber optic construction in our neighborhood, scheduled to begin on September 3rd.

The Board has been actively engaged with AT&T and it’s contractors since the announcement of this project. We have established direct contacts with all parties to ensure that we can coordinate traffic, and they restore our streets and yards to their original condition or better once the construction is complete.

Please note that we will not have additional construction details from AT&T until after a meeting with all stakeholders on September 2, 2025. The Board will share updates on progress as appropriate and as far in advance as possible.

We want to remind everyone that AT&T is a public utility with access to public easements in our community. AT&T and their contractors are committed to minimizing disruption during this construction project, and we appreciate your understanding as we all work together through this process.
