Brush Pickup March 2nd or 3rd
We JUST got word Thursday early evening (Feb. 26) that NDOT has been approved to pick up brush in our neighborhood even though it is a private road. PLEASE make sure brush is piled on the side of your property and not ON or IN the

While we understand that parking within the community can be limited and vendors do their best to work within those constraints, this particular area is extremely narrow. We’re working to reach out to an NDOT supervisor and hear fr

If you must travel before or during inclement weather, please use your best judgment. The forecast has been changing, and conditions may include ice, sleet, snow, and very low temperatures. Due to the narrow nature of our neighborhood streets, all cars must be removed from the streets by Fr
