Chipper Truck Coming Tuesday, March 21, 2023

The Board has approved a one-time cleanup in the community after the previous storm. Please leave all brush and tree limbs by the curb in a neat pile, and Newcomb Tree Service will be on-site Tuesday, the 21st, with their chipper to pick up all brush debris and tree limbs. They will try to finish in one day but may have to return the next day if needed.

If you live on a small cul de sac or condo street, such as Wood Valley or Lower Knolls, please stack all debris at the curb on the main drive. His chipper will not be able to enter the small drives and cul de sacs. He will be able to enter the Upper Knolls and Treetops.

If the high rise would place their debris on the curb by the entrance, they will pick up that debris there as well.

Please have all debris and tree limbs ready for pick up by Monday, the 20th.
