Out of consideration for the safety and peace of the neighborhood and our animals, please be reminded that… Fireworks are prohibited in Davidson County and carry a $1,000 Fine! The Harpeth Trace Estates CC&R’s echo this ordinance in Article VI, Section 6: "the shooting of firearms, fireworks, or pyrotechnic devices of any type or size shall not be pursued or undertaken on any part of any Site or upon the Common Areas without the consent of the Association."
