Metro Cleanup Assistance

The Board has been in contact with several officials regarding Metro assistance with cleanup, and we’ve heard back from John Ray Clemmons and Thom Druffel. We’re also seeing information circulating on Facebook, Next-door, and in The Tennessean, much of it conflicting with our situation as a designated planned urban development (PUD) with two different council districts and one of them in the Urban Services District. We’re working to reach out to an NDOT supervisor and hear from a couple of additional officials for further clarification.

At this point, Metro's subsidized cleanup is not guaranteed. Please know that we’re actively working on your behalf to confirm accurate, authorized guidance. As soon as we receive clear information or instructions, we’ll share them with the community.

Please keep in mind, if you have hired your own vendor for limb and debris removal, please have that vendor haul all debris off site from the community and not place by the curbs. All personal debris must be placed on the homeowner's property.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we move this neighborhood clean-up.
