New Way To Pay Association Dues

Ghertner & Company, the property management firm for Harpeth Trace Estates has announced changes to their payment address beginning July 1, 2020, and a new owner's portal.

The new owner's portal offers the following services:

• Convenient, secure and instant online payment options

• View and edit account details, select billing and communication preferences

• Submit Billing and Maintenance Requests

• Find valuable information regarding your association

Beginning July 1st, any checks sent by mail or through your bank's bill pay service will need an

updated payment address. More detailed information is coming by mail and/or email.
