Painting Speed Bumps Begins 8-21-23

Dear Homeowner/s: Please note that the HOA will be painting the speed bumps along the main drive. This is scheduled to start Monday, August 21st. There are 11 speed bumps to be painted, and the work will start at the last bump at the top of the neighborhood, and the vendor will work downhill toward the front entrance. Weather permitting, it will take six (6) days to complete, and four (4) bumps will be completed per day utilizing one-way traffic for convenience. The following day, the same four (4) bumps will be painted on the other side. This process will be repeated until the project is completed.

Cones will be strategically placed in the front and back of painted bumps for maximum safety. There will not be flag people for traffic control, so please pay attention to the cones. There will be a Board Member monitoring the project at all times. The work will be scheduled to avoid the AM and PM rush hours. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
