Putting Up Signs

Putting up signs at the Harpeth Trace Entrance and common areas maintained by the association is prohibited with the following exceptions:

Signage rules in our CC&Rs is as follows:

"Open House" signs for Real. Estate open house showings, or Estate, Yard or Garage sale signs are permitted only for the 48 hour weekend period (Friday PM to Sunday PM) of the actual event. Signs for other special purposes are only permitted by written prior approval of the board of directors. Posting signs on neighborhood streetlights and signposts is never permitted.
