To Harpeth Trace Estates Homeowners:
The Short-Term Rental Amendment for Harpeth Trace has exceeded the 2/3 majority
of signatures required to pass. The amendment was recorded January 9, 2020 with the Davidson County Registrar of Deeds and is now legally amended to the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of the Harpeth Trace Services Association.
This process has required an unprecedented level of community involvement and we would like to sincerely thank all Harpeth Trace homeowners for their participation. Many of you travel, have second homes in Harpeth Trace, or are the owners of lots or rental properties, and we appreciate the efforts all of you have made to be engaged participants in our community.
Ghertner & Co will be mailing updated copies of the amended governing documents to each site owner in Harpeth Trace in the next few weeks.
The updated documents will also be posted on www.harpethtraceestates.org and www.ghertner.com.
