The Board of Directors wanted to follow up concerning the spillage yesterday on Valley Trace Drive.

The product that spilled was an organic fertilizer, and no other ingredients were used, including pesticides.

The company was successful in cleaning up the fertilizer, and they don't anticipate any problems regarding pets contacting the pavement with the fertilizer. Thank you.

A yard service truck spilled agri-chemicals in the street at the top of Valley Trace Drive, and some of the chemicals have drained down that street as well. The company is cleaning up this spillage, but we wanted to make everyone aware. Please be careful when walking your pets in this area.
